Question about NBC's "The West Wing"...?!

Question: Does anyone recall the episode where Charlie Young (Dule Hill) was facing some kind of racial discrimination from someone who worked for the president and at the end of the episode, as the guy is being removed from his job, Charlie tells him "Right now my boss is busy looking for a back door to sweep you out of."

I only saw the end of this episode and it is driving me nuts, I want to know what season and episode this was.

Thanks.

The scene that you're looking for is from the end of season 1's "Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics". Charlie is speaking with a U.S. Ambasador (the Ambasador is in the middle of getting fired by the President) who he knew from when he was a waiter at an exclusive country club.

If you are really into the show, the complete series (all seasons) can be bought on ebay for pretty cheap now since they have been out for a while. I have never seen an episode yet but have boughten the complete series and am anxiously awaiting to watch every single episode.
