Well Dr Drew did say that not all the contestants will make through the show, so they most likely will replace those who leave the show early!

I don't know about that guy who left off in an ambulance..I hope he can make it. Bridget, Chyna, that rock & roll guy and the girl from Family Matters hopefully will make it.
