I thought the same thing when I first saw the house. The staircase is very similar, but it is NOT the same house. The exterior of Scott's house is completely different! Remember Nick and Jessica's had that real long driveway up to the house, almost secluding it a little? Scott's house looks like it sits close to a road. But, both houses are gorgeous! What has Baio done lately that he could afford a mansion?!?
They never say if it is but it does look like doesn't it
