Christian had to deal with Gina's death so he paid for the funeral but he still didn't tell Wilbur his mom was dead. Someone at Wilbur's school had been doing an awful lot of biting and the teacher blamed it on Wilbur and him missing his mother.
Coleen, Sean's agent has hammer toes and wants them fixed so she can wear open toed shoes to the awards ceremonies. Sean tells her that she has crossed the line already. Coleen informs him that she would definetly pay for the surgery.
A couple who had been caught in a snow storm came to visit the docs. The husband had a large wound on his arm. When he was asked how it hapopened the wife broke down in tears. The husband explained that they had been missing for several days and had no food. When his wife started getting delierious, he cut off pieces of his flesh, heated it with the car lighter and fed it to her. The docs put him in surgery to fix the wound.
Sean finds out that Coleen told everyone that he would be accompaniny her to the awards shows. Sean became upset but started on surgery anyway. During the surgery another group of agents enter the operating room and inform Sean they want to represent him. He agrees to talk to them.
The teacher at Wilbur's school is about to expell him for biting but then tells christian if he sleeps with her she will ignore it for now. Christain sleeps with the teacher and during sex she bites hm. Christian realizes the teacher is the one going around biting the students during nap time. Later Christian is having a drink and watches Wilbur playing. He's trying to bring himself to tell Wilbur Gina is dead. He holds an imaginary conversation with Wilbur, informing him that not only was Gina dead but that he killed her. Wilbur then asks his dad was Gina a Skank. Christain ends his little fantasy talk when Wilbur actually states he misses his mommy.
Christian goes to the morgue but finds out that because of the fall gina can't have an open casket funeral. He becomes upset. The day of the funeral approaches and Liz is there for Christian. The chaple fills up. A man steps to the mic and says his name. The others respond with a "Hello..." Christain and Liz realize that nthese are all people from Gina's sex anon group. Several speak about the sex acts they committed with Gina. A man steps forward in tears and reveals himself to the group as the man who gave Gina HIV. He says it changed his life for the better because he originally was roaming around not caring. Gina helped him to see that life goes on.
Sean is talking to the other agent and the agent explains hhow they also get involved in a lot of charity work. Coleen wants to know who the man is and why Sean no longer wants her as an agent. Sean states that she has crossed way to many lines. Coleen invites the agent to her house to discuss Sean. She drugs his drink and when he comes to he is tied to a chair. Coleen then uses a machine that stuffs pillows and teddy bears to fill the guy with stuffing. He suffocates and dies. She then uses his Blackberry to send messages saying he was going over seas to do some volunteer work and had no idea when he would be back.
Christain has the bite on his neck analyzed and bring a police officer to Wilbur's school to take a print of the teacher's teeth so they can prove she is biting the kids. she had her teeth capped the day after she bit Christain so he is too late. He still manages to convince the principal to fire her.
The doctor's are called to the hospital because the man with the wound on his arm is going into shock and may die. They learn the wife felt so guilty about him feeding her his flesh that she did it for him. Sean yells at her and tells her that she poisoned her husband because human skin is filled with bacteria. He says she was saved because her husband heated his flesh up.The man is rushed to the hospital where is saved in time.
Sean finds out the other agent is gone and consents to working with Colleen again.
christain goes home and Wilbur asks again where is mommy. Christain tells him she is never coming back and breaks down in tears.
