I think michael appears in the episode Meet Kevin Johnson which is episode 8. don't think walt is in this season, haven't read anything (and I've read alot of spoilers) about him appearing in this season in the episodes ahead. but he'd have to be somewhere and hopefully michael will tell us, or maybe we'll see him in that episode aswell.
Michael is spelled MICHAEL.

They are coming back this season and it would make a lot of sense if it was them on the boat. the preview said" you will see someone you thought you'd never see again".
There was an article saying that Henry P.(Michael) would return for more seasons. He is playing such a wimp in this role,I really hate him when in the beginning his character has some substance
