LOL I absolutely LOVE that episode. It's called Arcadia on season six. This is the one where Mulder and Scully go undercover as a married couple into a planned community, where some form of voodoo performed by the community leader has created a mud monster. It kills everyone that breaks the rules of the planned community.
This is one of the fewer episodes with a comedic tone to it.
