Question: Why did Jay and Manny have a fake engagement? What are they trying to do? I'm lost because I missed a few episodes. it is a fake engagement. and they told her parents they were really engaged so her dad would let her go to college without worrying about boys but also so that she and jay could casually date without her parents disapproving. im pretty sure that whats happening...
