Wasn't she killed in the third season?
When asked about Sara, writer/producer Nick Santora said:
"Thank you for supporting PB and I am glad you cared for the Sara character. So do I . I don't want to respond to any more questions about her because I can honestly only rewrite the same answer so many times...the actress was no longer on the show. The writers had to explain what happened to her character. We made a choice that was consistent with the tone of the show.The character is dead.She isn't coming back."
Sounds pretty simple to me. They cut off her head to prove the point - she's dead. There is no way she will ever return, unless it's in flashbacks. It's over.
