Pixie hadn't been doing her job as she should and the others were getting tired of tipping her for work not done. Kim went to Kat about it and Kat took Kim and Pixie into the office to discuss the problem. Later Pixie went ballistic in front of customers and verbally attacked Kim and quit .

Yes, the fight started when Kim went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper so she was pissed over it. Then everyone began to question whether Pixie was doing her job or not. And they decided that someone needed to tell Kat how they felt. So Kim did it. Then Kat confronted Pixie about it and Kim got involved then there was a blow up. Corey also said that he noticed Pixie wasn't doing her job so he only paid her when she actually worked.
I thing anyway you look at it pixie was a asset to the show and I would like to see her back.
