Try PBS. They show it. It might be behind what was playing in the UK so some of it will be repeats for you.
I don't think BBC America shows it. They're too busy showing a zillion reruns of Cash in the Attic and Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.
Why should Americans have to suffer that appalling show; haven't they enough awful soaps of their own. It would need to be dubbed anyway Americans don't get cockney.
BBC in America shows Eastenders...we are six months behind the UK though.
