Because its just a really good show! I mean, its not only the number one show in america, but the highest rating show in the world!! its just addictive! everyone has their faves and u wanna see them do well! and this season especially, the talent has been really good!. and the audition are freakin hilarious!. nothing can beat american idol auditions!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think overall, the appeal of American Idol is the suspense of wondering who is going to be going home, how well each contestant will perform for any given theme week, how far each contestant will go, and who will win the entire competition!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
My husband and I were both really musical as we were growing up (big into choir all our lives - hubby's done some lead singer work in bands), so it's something we feel like we have knowledge about!. With me, it's not the show itself that I like!. I'll only watch a season of AI if there is someone on there that I like!. The only seasons I've ever gotten into (besides this one, because of David Cook) was the season that Chris Daughtry was on there and the season that Bo Bice was on there!. Now that I think about it, it's really funny why people love that show so much!. I love it, and the more I think about it here's the reason why I think everyone loves it so much: all the people who love it truly have a passion for music in some way or another!. they don't take it for granted!. i know i don't!. i love music!. and they really are all my idols, because i want to be a good singer someday!. if you do happen to have a passion for music, then perhaps i'm wrong, but that's just what i think!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
well i have a family of singers so its fun to see the kind of people they pick!. ive known a few people who have tried out who could easily sing better than any of the contestants, so its just fun to watch!. do they pick the best that try out!? no way!. also the bad people are funny!. its fun rooting for someone through the entire process and seeing their popularity grow!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I love it because I like to watch good singers, and bad singers, like they show in the beginning, cuz the bad ones are funny!. Well, they were funnier when the show first started, but now I know that a lot of them fake sucking for publicity!. But yeah, I also like the suspense of a contestant getting kicked to the curb every week!. I also like seeing the contestant's dreams come true right before my eyes!. I love rooting for my favorite and discussing who did better last night to my friends/coworkers!. Why don't you love this show!?!!?! It's funny, and it's really interesting, because sometimes the theme is really different from what a contestant normally sings!. For example; tonights theme was broadway, and there is a punk rocker in the competition!. And it's just plain AWESOME!!!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
