Its a song, and its from one of his movies when he was younger, he is singing about his heart !.!. I'm not sure if he says he left his heart somewhere, something like that, and at the end of the song, you hear a honk of a horn!.

I am, but I don't know the song you are speaking of!. Have you Googled "Jerry Lewis!?" I haven't seen any of his movies in a long time but I saw almost all of them as a kid!. Try YouTube, too, since I just Googled him and there seem to be a lot of clips on him there!. Maybe there's one of him singing the song!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
