GH...Why is Nicholas covering for Claudia?!
Question: GH!.!.!.Why is Nicholas covering for Claudia!?
I know that she let it slip that she hired Ian to Nicholas and I know he was going to call the police but changed his mind!. What I don't know is why he changed his mind!. I missed some bits and pieces of the last couple of episodes!. Please explain because this seems out of character for him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He feels like he's partly responsible b/c he's the one who gave Ian the $10 million in the first place, to fund a drug shipment into Port Charles (now we know why he needed a $1 million from Kate!.!.!.Ian had already spent the $10 million on the drugs)!. I think Nic feels, if he hadn't funded Ian the money in the first place, then he wouldn't have gone to Claudia looking for a way to bring in his shipment, and then Claudia wouldn't have asked Ian to shoot Sonny!. Plus, Claudia said that if it comes out that she had anything to do w/the shooting, Jason and Sonny would come after both her and her brother, and Johnny had nothing to do with it and she wants to protect him, which I think also won Nic over, for now!. I think Nic plans on using the info he has on Claudia to keep Lulu safe from the Z's!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think it's all that far out of character if they're getting him back into Cassadine-mode, actually!. I think he's been acting out of character for the past couple of years -- he originally came on as this dark, brooding teenage prince, and lately he's been acting like your average American twentysomething!. I think it makes sense for him to keep her secret because his family has so many of its own, and because the Cassadines, as Alexis so eloquently put years back at her sister's funeral, were carrying out murder plots when families like the Corinthoses and the Zaccharas were still out tilling the fields!. Nikolas should be totally in his element here -- disgusted by the fact that the victim was a child, sure, but he shouldn't be outright shocked as anyone else would be!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Out of pure guilt!. Nicholas feels responsible for what happened to Michael since Nicholas was the one who paid Ian $10Mil for the wonderdrug so he could continue to see Emily!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

B/c she said that he helped fund it by buying Ians drugs! So she pretty much guilted into feeling like he was just a s guilty of shooting Michael as she was!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
