It is the Zeo episode called "A Season to Remember", it was a holiday episode, and it seems that their own son (or grandson - depends on the source you get the info) became a Power Ranger by this point :)

The episode is from Power Rangers Zeo, called For Crying Out Loud!. Tommy and Katherine are pretending to be married and use one of the teachers baby for an experiment, but the baby's crying give Mondo an idea and amplifies his crying to louder decibels!. The louder the baby cries, the louder the amplified sound is going to be!. How do you keep a baby like that from crying at all!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
