Is it wrong to turn a popular sitcom into a movie?!
Question: Is it wrong to turn a popular sitcom into a movie!?
I've seen an overview to an old sitcom which is potentially going to be released in 2010 (providing the actors sign up)
There's no script in place but the idea behind it is very interesting indeed!.
So going off this basic information, and if you liked the sitcom in the first place, would you pay to go watch the flick!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not for sure!. Most of the old shows they have turned into movies are just plain filth!. For instance, Starsky and Hutch and the Dukes of Hazzard-- these were good shows, but the movies were filled with stupid and crass humor!. Maybe people who enjoy that kinda of humor will like it, but not the original fans!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would!. I think Sex and the City and The Simpsons movies have proved that you can take the small screen to the big screen, and it can actually be a quality flick!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Absolutely wrong!. No!. I don't like it when they do that!. Once you turn it into a movie, you don't go BACK to the sitcom!. It's over!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Some TV shows have very good movies, example would be Star Trek!.
Others have terrible movies, example The Simpsons!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
