It starts about 15 minutes before the end when Izzy is telling Mariette Hartley that her (dead) husband is coming and just around the corner!. Then it continues with Bailey telling Alex to put the clock back to 11:58 pm so the guy's insurance is still valid!. And it's still playing when the Major kisses Christina!.
