In a nutshell, Gates wonders where Abby is, then hears about an ambulance blowing up!. He hops in another ambulance & runs to the rescue, coming across Sam on the way there!. Abby wakes up on the road, sees burning cars, people running around, etc!. & realizes something's happened!. Then she sees the ambulance & sees Pratt sitting in the passenger seat!. She runs to get him & it appears he's mostly ok!. Gates & Sam show up, check out Pratt & Abby & notice Pratt's got bone sticking out of his leg!. Get back to the hospital, it's not his bone sticking out of his leg!. But now his airway's blocked & they have to tube him but they can't b/c he has a broken jaw so they end up having to krike him (spelling!?)!. Seems fine after that, then they notice his neck is really swollen!. It's swollen with blood from his nicked carotid artery!. He's sitting there crying while Neela is basically performing emergency surgery to close it up right there!. It was either let him bleed out & die or close it up!. By closing it up it blocks the blood from flowing to his brain!. After several hours of being on machines he is pronounced dead because there is no brain or heart activity!. He was an organ donor!.
Later on Morris is talking to Bettina & says "I was waiting for the right time, but I've realized there's never a right time for this!. This was in Greg's pocket" & shows her the ring that Greg bought in the last episode of last season, which of course has her breaking down!.
The show ends with everybody at the bar celebrating Pratts life!. News from the organ donation world is that he saved 3 people with his organs!. Life goes on!. They toast him with his favorite!.!.!. mozzarella cheese sticks!.
In scenes for the next episode it appears Abby & Luca (who they never showed all episode) are leaving for Boston!. It said there will be reunions with past castmates & shows Carter & Greene (how he's gonna reunite when he's dead, I don't know)!. I've also heard Weaver & Romano (again, dead) are coming back & - fingers crossed - that Ray, complete with brand new prosthetic legs, is coming back & hooking back up with Neela!.

The person above me basically said it but I am so sorry you missed it!. So the recap was Pratt died, things are good between Abby and Luca, Pratt was going to as his ex-girlfriend to marry him, and it was so sad!. You could probably go to NBC!.com and watch it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
