I don't think it is a spin-off!. None of the characters from One Tree Hill were ever part of Dawson's Creek!. The coincidence is that both Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton had short acting parts in Dawson's Creek but they don't play the same characters in One Tree Hill!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
