Second, Billy needs to take Chloe to court and get her declared as an unfit mother and get full custody!.
Third, Billy needs to stand up and take responsibility for the baby himself even if it means giving up sleeping with every girl he lays his eyes on!.

They need to order an ultrasound & be there to see the results & once Cane sees that he is not the Father he needs to divorce her immediately & file for an annulment!.
