General Hospital: Night Shift is a spin off that focuses completely on the hospital (obviously on the night shift!.) It comes on on SOAPnet!. Some people from General Hospital appear on the show such as Robin and Patrick, but there are also new characters!. Some of the characters and storylines go from General Hospital: Night Shift to General Hospital!. Like Nadine, her crazy sister sabotaging the hospital, Leyla, and Spinelli shooting himself if the foot, that all happened on General Hospital: Night Shift!. At first I thought I was crazy or forgetting things, but eventually I figured out that they sort of mesh the two together!. I watched the first couple of episodes of the first season, but then I stopped because I didn't like it!. But now everyone is saying how great the show is, so maybe I'll buy the season DVDs for the two seasons!.
